21. Favorite Subject To Study

Well I don't necessarily have a favorite subject, but I definitely think it helps if you have a good teacher and someone who makes that subject interesting to you, otherwise it's a complete bore. You know what I mean...there's those classes where you repeatedly look at the clock just waiting for that class to get out, and then there are the other classes where they actually grasp your attention. My opinions on this is that is has to do with the teacher. For instance, I couldn't stand biology in high school, but because I had an awesome teacher (seriously, she let us spray paint her hair green for game day!), I would always look forward to her class. I also probably had the coolest English teacher ever. If you've ever seen "School of Rock" with Jack Black, that's how my teacher was (personality wise). We would walk into class and he would be sitting on the counter quoting random stuff or go into way too much detail about how much he loved DC comics. He literally had a different superhero pulled up on his desktop everyday and when it was Halloween, he dressed up as one...what a day haha. So as you can guess, he was quite the character. I also remember he had this big desk sitting in the corner and one time, he just ran and jumped on it and started quoting Shakespeare. I felt like I was in a movie. I could go on and on about him...

So, although the subject itself might have not been the most exciting thing to me, (and this is just my opinion) I believe that if you're a teacher or studying to be, it's important that you are passionate about what you teach because that inspires students to learn. I don't know, just a thought.
