True Beauty

What is true beauty? ....Really? I know I've kind of touched on it before, but this is something I feel so strongly about. Our culture has taught us what "true beauty" should look like and their interpretations of it. Whether it be this perfect looking model or celebrity with the perfect body, the perfect skin, the perfect hair, and the perfect outfit. Are they right? Is that what true beauty really is?....not in the slightest. Some say it's about being confident in who you are. I agree to an extent, but I can also just see that as being confident...someone who has that irresistible glow to them because they know who they are. That too, can be beautiful without the artificial stuff. But to me, that still isn't true beauty. So what is? Please watch this video. It's by one of my favorite authors, Leslie Ludy, who helped co-write "When God Writes Your Love Story". She touches on the real meaning of what beautiful really looks like.




To the women, I pray that we work together to gain this TRUE beauty. And to the men who read this, find a woman who contains this true beauty because she will be the one worth fighting for.
